Set up your website agent in 6 steps

From first sign-in to a live chat widget — no code beyond a single embed line.

  1. Create your agent

    Sign in, open My agents, click Create agent, and name it after your business.

  2. Add your website

    Paste your site URL and choose Sitemap (whole site), Single (one page), or List (chosen pages).

    Pages are read automatically.

  3. Add extra knowledge

    Upload files or add Q&A pairs for things that aren't on your site — prices, policies, opening hours.

  4. Test the replies

    Ask the questions your customers ask.

    If an answer is wrong or missing, add that info to the knowledge and test again.

  5. Set the tone and contact options

    Write short instructions (tone, what to avoid), and add your contact link or WhatsApp for questions it can't answer.

  6. Embed on your site

    Copy the one-line script, add your domain to Allowed domains, and paste the script before </body>.

    It works on WordPress, Shopify, and custom sites.

Tips for better answers

  • Keep pages up to date and click Re-sync after you change your site.
  • Add a Q&A for any question that gets "I'm not sure".
  • Check usage in the dashboard so you know when you're approaching your limit.
